Title: UAT LEAD - ETL SME Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 23 days/week onsite) Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: C$55-65/hr.

Inc Introduction Our client is seeking an experienced skilled to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enterprise data initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep expertise in ETL and data testing, and a proven ability to coordinate testing efforts across cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role requires a hands-on approach to oversee the full testing lifecycle, drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders, and ensure accurate validation of complex data transformations and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives on enterprise-scale projects.

Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to drive testing efforts across cross-functional teams.

Extensive experience in ETL and data testing, including data validation, reconciliation, transformation testing, and defect management.

Hands-on experience managing the complete testing lifecycle, from planning through execution and defect resolution.

Proficiency with Jira and ALM for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

Prior work experience in the financial services or banking industry is considered a strong asset.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with enterprise data migration, data warehouse, or ETL modernization projects.

Working knowledge of SQL and ETL tools.

Previous experience leading UAT across large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for ETL and data integration initiatives.

Develop UAT strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.

Coordinate testing efforts across business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and project leadership.

Perform hands-on testing, including data validation, reconciliation, and verification of ETL processes.

Validate data mappings, business rules, and data transformations across multiple systems.

Manage defects through identification, triage, tracking, and resolution.

Facilitate defect review meetings and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

Ensure testing milestones are achieved while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.

Mentor and provide guidance to testing resources throughout the UAT lifecycle.
