In this role you will: Drive Strategic Initiatives: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability in International Banking through data analysis and recommendations Support Strategic and Financial Planning: Contribute to the development of short- and long-term strategies in International Banking by analyzing financial performance metrics, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to make recommendations to optimize performance in terms of costs, revenue, etc.

Own End-to-End Project Planning and Execution: Lead projects from planning through implementation, including defining objectives, managing timelines, identifying risks, managing stakeholders and coordinating next steps to ensure successful outcomes Enable Cross-Functional and Cross-Country Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align strategic goals, streamline reporting processes, and ensure consistent execution of initiatives across regions and teams Prepare Executive-Level Insights: Develop and deliver high-quality insights, including reports, presentations and recommendations for Finance, Business Line leadership, and other senior executives to support strategic decision-making Foster a High-Performance Culture: Promote team engagement, inclusive collaboration, and continuous improvement in methodologies and practices Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 5+ years of experience in management consulting, data & analytics, strategy, transformation, with focus on banking or financial services industry Proven ability to drive business outcomes through structured data-driven insights, planning and prioritization Solid quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to build dynamic financial models Proven ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional environments Strong structured and effective communication and presentation skills Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment Project management experience Strong knowledge in financial analysis, corporate finance experience or FP&A; is an asset MBA and/or business/finance designation preferred Spanish fluency is preferred Whats in it for you?
