Team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator to manage details, timelines, and processes that ensure successful real estate transactions. Working closely with agents, clients, lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and business partners, this role will oversee workflows, maintain accurate documentation, track deadlines, and ensure a seamless experience from contract acceptance through closing.
What We Offer Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (depending on experience) Paid time off
