Based at our Stoney Creek Service Center, you will coordinate daily production activities, support technical repair execution, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. You will work closely with engineering, planning, purchasing, and project management teams to deliver reliable outcomes that support the performance and longevity of essential grid infrastructure.
This position offers the opportunity to guide skilled trades teams, enhance operational processes, and contribute to the safe restoration and maintenance of equipment that powers communities.Schedule: Evening shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMHow You’ll Make an ImpactSupervise execution of repair work across shop employees in a two-shift manufacturing environmentCoordinate production activities in partnership with engineering, planning, purchasing, and project management teamsOptimize resource utilization to improve productivity and meet delivery targetsReview processes and recommend cost improvement initiativesHire, train, manage, and support hourly shop personnelIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational challengesSupport and promote safety and quality programs across the shop floorContribute to job planning and work schedule developmentResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures,
