Lead transit maintenance operations with MiWay as a Supervisor for vehicle maintenance. MiWay is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of transit buses and non-revenue vehicles.

This full time, permanent position requires strong leadership in a unionized environment. Candidates must possess a valid 310T Truck and Coach certificate and have a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise activities of maintenance staff daily
- Assign work and manage personnel for effective operations
- Schedule and prepare work orders using management systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and policies
- Provide leadership and coaching to enhance staff performance Requirements:
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Certification
- Minimum five years’ experience in bus maintenance
- Three years in a leadership role is preferred
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance required
