As a Registered Nurse in the GNTPP, you will experience two phases: an Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide and then Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship.

- Provide quality nursing services to patients and communities
- Utilize critical thinking in nursing processes
- Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients
- Support holistic patient care and health promotion
- Develop a personalized learning plan during orientation Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
- Current BCLS-HCP certification
- Recent graduate within 12 months of the start date
