As a Registered Nurse in the GNTPP, you will experience two phases: an Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide and then Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship.

This structured program allows you to develop your nursing skills, ensuring safety and well-being in patient care. You'll collaborate closely with dedicated healthcare professionals to foster confidence in your clinical abilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing services to patients and communities
- Utilize critical thinking in nursing processes
- Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients




- Support holistic patient care and health promotion
- Develop a personalized learning plan during orientation Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
- Current BCLS-HCP certification
- Recent graduate within 12 months of the start date
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required after 6 months Step confidently into nursing with a structured program that enhances your skills and competence.
