Our client, a well-established and respected company in its industry, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee activities related to customer order coordination. Reporting directly to the Transportation Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in team management, route optimization, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities

- Team Management & HR: Oversee all aspects of team management, including scheduling and payroll, evaluate employee performance,



and collaborate with HR regarding disciplinary matters and absenteeism.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to the collective agreement, company policies, and Health and Safety (H&S;) regulations.
- Route & Delivery Optimization: Evaluate and optimize route distribution, manage special deliveries, and work closely with the customer service department.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), act as a change champion to engage employees, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support: Perform any other related duties as required.
