Maple Leaf Tours in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will handle inquiries by phone, email and in person. You will guide clients from the initial contact to pre-trip planning and post-trip follow-up, contributing to our growing Indigenous family-owned business.
The ideal candidate has a college diploma in tourism or related field, solid communication skills, and a passion for travel. Graphic design and marketing experience, plus TICO familiarity, are assets.
