Wednesday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00pm

The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is $25-$29/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role

- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options

- Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team

- Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans

- Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care

- Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions

About You

- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is requi red

- Knowledge and understanding of dent al treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required

- Experience with dental software programs is required

- Strong c ustomer s ervice e xperience
