Now! Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a TSYS QA Lead. The TSYS QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end quality assurance activities for TSYS projects within the North American Retail Payments division. This position involves coordinating testing efforts, managing defect resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr Responsibilities - Own and manage the complete QA lifecycle for TSYS projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off - Collaborate closely with business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met - Manage defect triage, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate timely resolution of issues - Enforce QA standards, prepare test documentation, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize quality and operational efficiency - Coordinate testing efforts with onshore and offshore team members, ensuring explicit communication and alignment Desired Skill-Set - 5+ years of recent, hands-on TSYS experience,



including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards systems - Proven experience working on pricing, interests, disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updates within TSYS projects - Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end credit card product launches - Experience with payment processing projects, card generation, statements, and customer communications - Knowledge of digital wallets and tokenization technologies - Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager - Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have - TRIAD system experience - Mainframe file handling expertise - Hands-on automation testing experience BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
