This role partners with Product Owners, platform leadership, operations teams, and external delivery partners to improve Agile delivery practices, governance, financial management, planning processes, and operational excellence.

The position supports medium-sized objectives through Agile ceremonies, Big Room Planning, delivery metrics, executive reporting, and financial tracking activities across the Service

Now platform team.

Contract, Ottawa, Montreal, or Vancouver - Hybrid 2x/week on site Must Haves 10-15 years in Agile Project Management including risk management , dependency management , capacity planning , and budget management 5-10 years managing teams in a Service

Now agile operating model and team lifecycle Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution Define and maintain delivery metrics, performance indicators, and reporting standards Lead quarterly Big Room Planning sessions Produce monthly executive delivery reports covering risks, issues, dependencies, delivery progress, capacity metrics, and roadmap status Track expenditures and update timesheets and expense forecasts in Planview and Excel Support procurement activities with Product Owners and leadership
