Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations of drivers and moving crews Ensure safe, efficient, and professional service delivery Assist with route planning, scheduling, and dispatch coordination Provide hands-on training and performance feedback to team members Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues proactively Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance as needed Occasionally assist with moves and junk removal services when required Requirements Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean driving record Previous experience in transportation, logistics,
