To apply, please send your resume to in Word document format (.doc/ .docx) Advantages -12 month contract -Free parking available & optional benefit plan -Competitive pay of $30-33 per hour -Unlimited access to Udemy through Randstad Responsibilities -Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely payments. -Generate and distribute client invoices, then monitor and collect on overdue accounts. -Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to guarantee data accuracy. -Support month-end, and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting. -Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation for both AP and AR. -Analyze and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring the integrity of all financial data.
