This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level professional who can quickly engage and provide expertise in IBM Cognos reporting solutions, financial analytics, and enterprise reporting environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered) Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics / Cognos BI.

Strong background in financial reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.

Proven experience developing complex Cognos reports and dashboards.

Strong understanding of reporting frameworks, data models, and enterprise reporting environments.

Experience working with financial data and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Prior work experience at client or in client''s industry.

Experience with Cognos Framework Manager, Transformer, and Report Studio/Analytics.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

Experience supporting large enterprise or financial services environments.





Experience with additional business intelligence tools and platforms.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and solutions.

Experience in financial services or related industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Key tasks and expectations for the role) Design, develop, enhance, and maintain financial reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics / Cognos BI.

Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop complex reports, queries, dashboards, and reporting models.

Support and optimize existing Cognos reporting environments.

Troubleshoot reporting issues and perform performance tuning where required.

Analyze financial data and reporting requirements to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and finance teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.

Provide subject matter expertise on Cognos reporting capabilities and best practices.
