As a key contributor, the Guidewire Business Analyst will evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements based on Guidewire best practices. This engagement spans 10 business weeks, focusing on delivering actionable insights and efficient automation solutions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of the Guidewire BillingCenter and has a solid background in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare weekly status reports on project progress
• Assess current-state BillingCenter operations
• Develop current and future state process maps




• Deliver summary of operational challenges and root causes
• Prioritize recommendations for process and configuration improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Expert knowledge of Guidewire BillingCenter platform
• Familiarity with Guidewire InsurCloud for Canada is an asset
• Experience in the Canadian P&C; insurance industry is preferred
• Relevant industry certification (CBAP or CCBA)
