As a Health and Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of Element5's Occupational Health & Safety Program. Collaborating closely with operations and HR teams, your focus will be on creating secure work practices, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:
• Support Occupational Health & Safety Program development
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits




• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate training sessions and orientations
• Maintain health and safety records and documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Ontario safety legislation
• Experience in developing SOPs and training materials
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
