This role will involve coordination of onboarding, training sessions, and continuous development of learning resources. Collaborating with various departments, you will assess training needs and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Develop and improve internal training modules and resources




• Conduct training needs assessments company-wide
• Facilitate various learning opportunities for staff
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training and reviews

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in learning design phases
• Experience with Indigenous organizations considered an asset
• High level of problem-solving and communication skills
