You will lead solution architecture across HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous evolution in response to business needs.
The role requires 7 to 12 years of HR IT experience, proven Architecture leadership on large HR initiatives, and experience in multi-vendor delivery models.
