Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quantity takeoffs and manage contract progress
• Communicate with trade contractors and provide day-to-day direction
• Maintain contracts with subcontractors and monitor progress




• Assist in consulting with designers on drawings and methods
• Support project managers in maintaining schedules and document control

Requirements:
• 0-3 years in construction or related field
• Certification or degree in construction management preferred
• Knowledge of construction specifications and codes
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
