This position is a Permanent Full-Time position.
Available Shifts:
Full-Time Hours
*8 hour bi-weekly rotating shifts:
2 Weeks Nights, Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am
2 Weeks Afternoons, Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm
2 Weeks Days, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm
Salary/Wage: Starting at $18.00/hour with advancement opportunities and a bi-weekly attendance bonus for eligible full-time team members!
Responsibilities and Duties
Visually inspect each stack of product prior to placing into the shipping box per the provided training. Any issues must be escalated
Make boxes, load product belt,
replenish materials around machines such as tape, boxes, bags
Complete hourly checks and if quality issues arise, bring attention to the issue immediately
Assist Cup Technician in clearing completed product and other items at the flavor change process
Assist Cup Technicians when changing rolls of paper
Assist Cup Technicians in the deep clean of machines
Relieve other associates for breaks when possible
Assist with Quality Inspections as needed
Ensure housekeeping on the production floor is up to standard
Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
General labour or manufacturing experience is an asset
Team oriented, dependable, reliable, punctual
Self-starter, efficient, organized, and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure or tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and great attendance record
Flexible to change and willing to do a good job each day
What will help you perform the job?
Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to comfortably walk, sit, bend, and crouch.
Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (hairnet, ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots/shoes).
Able to lift up to 30lbs (occasionally may be required to lift up to 50lbs)
