What You’ll Earn

$45.70/hour base rate

+$1.65/hour night shift premium

Full‑time hours, with overtime opportunities

Schedule
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment — chains, belts, bearings, conveyors, and more

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues to keep downtime to a minimum

Inspecting equipment to catch potential failures before they happen

Handling equipment changeovers and supporting new installations

Reading technical manuals and drawings to guide repairs

Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

Solid mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience with sprockets, bearings, alignment, and tensioning

Comfort reading equipment manuals and technical drawings

Familiarity with shop tools and equipment

CNC experience is a bonus, not a requirement
