The City of Hamilton is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellness Specialist to lead proactive health and safety programs across the organization. You will develop corporate strategies, provide expert guidance, and partner with leaders, unions and committees to promote a protected, compliant workplace.
Reporting to the Manager of Health, Safety & Wellness, you will implement training, monitor program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement while upholding city policies and legal requirements.
