As part of the HMSHost team, the Maintenance Person III will carry out complex maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Maintenance Manager. You will conduct inspections, perform repairs on various systems, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations applicable to the physical structures and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair equipment and physical structures
• Handle maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Requirements:
