Become a key leader at Scarborough Health Network as a Project Manager focused on provincial digital services. Oversee implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of essential digital health tools.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Provincial Digital Services Delivery. Your main responsibilities include managing adoption of tools such as eReferrals while ensuring compliance with Ontario Health standards. You will coordinate initiatives across health networks, supporting a diverse group of partner organizations to achieve alignment with provincial digital health priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage implementation of digital tools across partner organizations
• Inform leadership on provincial digital initiatives




• Mentor specialists to ensure timely project delivery
• Collaborate with vendors and regional partners
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT management
• Proven experience in leading digital health initiatives
• Solid project management and change management skills
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and governance
