Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06-12 Months Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical jargon into understandable business terms, and vice versa.

Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate management processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Familiarity with Agile frameworks (writing Epics, User Stories, managing Sprints) and Waterfall models.

Preferred credentials include the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Administrator certifications.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with tools like Client Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.

Experience in building and configuring Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, validation rules,



flows, reports, and dashboards.

Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conducting end-user training.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Interview stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and strategic goals.

Document ''as-is'' workflows and design improved ''to-be'' processes.

Write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories with transparent acceptance criteria.

Act as a liaison between the business units and developers/administrators, ensuring smooth system integration and development.
