Automotive Technician Ford / Lincoln Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Ford / Lincoln dealership team.

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, dealership experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford and Lincoln vehicles Conduct inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues Complete warranty and customer-pay work according to manufacturer standards Use OEM diagnostic tools and service information systems Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Ford / Lincoln experience preferred)
