Title: Application Developer RPA Location: Ottawa, ON Duration: 12 Months Payrate: 55/hr Introduction We are seeking an experienced qualified to support complex application development initiatives within a Federal Government environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong robotic process automation (RPA) and software development experience, a proven track record delivering solutions for public sector organizations, and expertise in system testing and quality assurance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory).
Experience working with Federal Government clients and Public Sector organizations.
Strong understanding of government processes, standards, and mission-critical applications.
Minimum 36 months of experience in Information Technology as an RPA Programmer and/or Software Developer on complex application development projects.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience supporting large-scale government transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and communication skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement RPA and software development solutions for government clients.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
Create process diagrams, workflow models, and technical documentation.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Perform unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with government security, quality, and operational standards.
