Description Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent execution of daily service and club dining programs Develop menus that balance creativity with member-driven favourites and expectations Plan and execute wine dinners, themed events, and private functions with attention to detail and polish Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade, building structure, accountability, and pride in execution Maintain strong cost controls, food quality standards, and kitchen operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards Partner closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless member experience delivery Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a calm, organized presence in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader, ideally within private club, hotel, or high-end restaurant environments Strong leadership capability with a track record of building,
