The Window Installer is responsible for installing Cascadias high-performance windows and doors throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. QUALIFICATIONS: Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors. 1-3 years of window and door installation experience.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Experience caulking, sheathing & detailing building envelopes.
Able to read blueprints and work order specifications.
Comfortable working with heights and scaffolding. honest, reliable, skilled, and a problem solver.
Positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
Self-motivated and proud of workmanship.
Open to a background check. GENERAL LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Determine layout and installation procedures.
Measure and mark guidelines for installation.
Installation of high-performance windows and doors.
Meticulous foaming and caulking.
Envelope detailing, in keeping with modern best practices.

Salary and Benefits: Salary: $25.00 - $27.00/hour 100% company-paid extended benefits package after 3 months. RRSP program after 2 years.
