Our financial services client is seeking a Project Manager (10+ years) to deliver hybrid Agile and waterfall IT initiatives using Azure Dev

Ops across Capital Markets, Private Markets, AI programs, and data platforms Join a delivery-focused setting supporting complex enterprise initiatives across Capital Markets, Private Markets, Finance, HR, AI, and data platform transformation.

This role manages concurrent IT projects in hybrid delivery environments while partnering closely with business stakeholders, platform teams, and technology leaders.

The position offers hands-on involvement across cross-functional delivery teams with visibility into enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. 12 month Contract, Toronto, 4 days onsite Must Haves 10+ years in IT Project Management across enterprise IT environments managing multiple concurrent projects Hybrid delivery using Agile concepts and traditional waterfall project management practices Azure Dev

Ops (ADO) for planning , tracking , workflow management, dashboards,



and reporting Capital Markets or Private Markets project delivery with cross-functional technology teams Education not specified Nice to Have PMP or Scrum Master certification Experience working in financial services, especially Capital Markets or Private Markets Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT governance processes Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects Experience delivering HR, Corporate Finance, or data platform initiatives Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of IT projects across data platforms, AI initiatives, Capital Markets, Private Markets, corporate finance systems, and HR/corporate domains Operate using a hybrid delivery model combining waterfall planning with sprint-based execution Break large client requests into logical and trackable work increments Lead planning, prioritization, and review ceremonies across delivery teams Use Azure Dev

Ops (ADO) for backlog management, workflow tracking, dashboards, and reporting Present project status, risks, decisions, and blockers in business-friendly language Proactively remove blockers, escalate risks, negotiate with stakeholders, and facilitate decisions
