Managing and adjusting production schedules within a long-term horizon (512 weeks).
Validating and maintaining the absolute integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) data.
Generating recurring and customized reports to provide strategic visibility to relevant departments.
Partnering with internal teams (planning, operations, logistics, supply chain, finance) to ensure alignment and flawless order execution.
Identifying operational constraints or deviations early on and contributing to proactive problem-solving.
Ensuring the reliability of ERP system data and supporting the standardization of planning methods.

To thrive as a Production Planner, you should bring: Education: College Diploma (DEC) in Administration, Logistics, or a related field; a Bachelors degree is highly valued.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Production Planner role or in operations management.
Tech-Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with an ERP system (AS400 or equivalent is considered an important asset).
Language Skills: Professional bilingualism in French and English to effectively communicate with internal teams and interpret technical customer documentation.
Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, a collaborative spirit, reliability, and the agility to navigate a fast-paced environment.
