The Role You will own estimating.

This is not a layered department.

You are the estimating function.

You will price work from $250K to $5M+ across civil, earthworks, and ground improvement scopes.

You will track opportunities, build bids, and help shape how the company grows.

What Youll Do Run full-cycle estimates: takeoffs, pricing, submissions Review drawings, specs, and scopes with a critical eye Build accurate quantities and cost models Analyze risk, sequencing, and constructability Work directly with ownership on bid strategy Coordinate suppliers, subs, and pricing inputs Manage multiple tenders at once Track and pursue opportunities (Build
