About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused AZ/DZ Vacuum Truck Operator Trainee to join our operations team.

In this hands-on role, you will receive training to safely operate and drive vacuum trucks while supporting industrial, municipal, and environmental services projects.

As a Vacuum Truck Operator Trainee, you will learn to: Operate and drive vacuum trucks servicing industrial, wastewater, water, and hydro-excavation projects; Perform pre-trip, on-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles, systems, and equipment; Assist with loading, unloading, and handling vacuum hoses and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs.); Complete all required documentation accurately and on time; Operate equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

About You Your skills and experience include:



Valid AZ or DZ drivers license Clean drivers abstract in good standing Minimum two years of commercial driving experience Ability to drive manual transmissions (13- or 18-speed) is an asset Positive attitude, reliability, and strong commitment to safety Experience with vacuum trucks, wastewater, or hydro-excavation equipment is an asset, but full training will be provided.
