As a Senior Accountant on our Capital Markets team, your primary focus will be onourgrowingclient base ofpublicly listedcompanies andclients that are working to obtain apubliclistingby: Effectively and efficiently handle audit tasks independently or within a team environment Efficiently prepare year-end,interim reviewandprospectusengagementsforclientsin our Capital Marketsteam Support the planningforand performance ofauditsofon a variety ofclients in our Capital Markets practice.

Prepareand reviewworking papers and financial statementsupporting schedulesin compliance with applicable
