Trackunit is seeking a Lead Engineering Manager to elevate our SRE teams in London, Ontario. You will focus on platform scalability and global coordination within a flexible hybrid setup.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with engineering teams across Europe and Canada. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, will ensure robust platform strategy and scalability. By embracing leadership through 1:1 meetings and community coordination, you'll foster team growth while leading initiatives in platform security and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage engineering teams through regular 1:1s and retrospectives
• Define infrastructure patterns and quality standards




• Participate in architecture reviews for effective decision-making
• Oversee platform security practices and compliance
• Facilitate on-call rotations and major incident handling

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing high-performance engineering teams
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and SRE practices
• Experience with application development and software delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
