Reporting to the Supervisor of Distribution Engineering, this management role oversees tactical planning while executing capacity checks, managing connection inquiries, and evaluating customer demands. Collaborate with operational teams and project stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation of grid modernization initiatives and enhancements to system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute capacity checks and new customer design reviews
• Conduct Engineering Assessments and Connection Impact Assessments




• Issue Planning Directives for system reliability improvements
• Support execution of current-year capital projects
• Provide expert technical support for field operations

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Professional Engineer license (or eligible)
• Experience in customer connection management and distribution design
• Proficient in Power Engineering Software tools
• Solid computer skills with office productivity tools
