About theRole /Key Accountabilities:
Reporting to theManager,Credit&/Collectionsand willbe responsible forcontacting customers to manage collections (receivables)
Responsible for account reconciliation and resolving payment discrepancies
Communicating with customers and internal departments using all methods of communication
Performing clerical duties as needed
Managing all levels of client relations specific to collections and general inquiries, and overall credit management
With the use of various software, manage customer database andmonitorall account activities, including investigating payment discrepancies
Enforce prompt action on overdue accounts and engage inappropriate meansof collection activities
Coordinate payment information updates and customer account changes as assigned
Other relevant duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
3-5years’workexperienceinCollectionsrequired
Post secondary education in a related fieldan asset
Experience within the transportation/ supply chainindustryan asset




Experience withand with Great Plains and TMW softwarean asset
Pursuit of a CCP designation an asset
