As the first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries, you'll report to the Director of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
• Administer bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Support recruitment and assist in training program development




• Ensure compliance with HR policies and safety regulations
• Conduct investigations and promote HR programs in operations

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, both verbal and written
• 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist, 2-3 years in recruiting
• Strong integrity to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
• Knowledge of employment laws in Canadian provinces
• Retail or grocery sector experience is a plus
