The Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI) seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead initiatives vital for growth and sustainability. This role works closely with the Executive Team to establish long-term strategies while engaging in meaningful collaborations. Candidates should possess experience in fostering relationships across sectors, including government, academia, and industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach internal and external staff for optimal performance
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key organizations




• Negotiate agreements and generate impactful outcomes
• Report key performance indicators to executives
• Participate in business associations to expand OCI's network

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education, such as Engineering or Business
• Proven experience in building partnerships
• Familiarity with public sector funding and networks
• Robust strategic thinking and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication abilities across levels
