Description Mechanical Engineer Advanced UAS & Sensor Systems Join a Teledyne business designing missioncritical technologies that support defence and public safety operations.

Here, youll work on rugged, precisionengineered productsfrom sensing devices to unmanned systemsused in demanding environments.

Youll balance hands-on design with analysis, prototyping, and production support in a fast-moving engineering team.

What youll do Design plastic, metal, and multi-material components and assemblies using Solid

Works Own and update master models and create manufacturing-ready 2D drawings Build and test prototypes using rapid methods (e.g., 3D printing) Perform engineering analyses (stress, thermal, airflow, loads) to guide decisions Partner with electrical, manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams Research and apply new technologies for unmanned systems (UAS) Support verification activities, fixture design, and product testing Drive design reviews and file release processes Contribute to production troubleshooting and continuous improvement What you need Required: Solid Solid

Works skills (3D, assemblies, master models, drawings) Required: Ability to work independently and apply prior learnings to new designs Required: Knowledge of manufacturing methods (injection moulding, sheet metal, casting, welding) Required: Experience performing engineering analyses and trade-offs Required: Experience with prototype validation and product testing Required: Ability to manage timelines, quality, and design releases Advantage:

Salary Range: $93,700.00-$124,900.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
