Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a solid emphasis on Employee Central, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central modules.
- Manage incident, service request, and problem tickets in line with SLAs and AMS support processes.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) components including workflows, business rules, data models, and position management.
- Support data imports, integrations, and interface monitoring (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Center).
- Perform system monitoring, validation, and periodic health checks to ensure data consistency and system stability.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver enhancements, releases, and continuous improvements.

Skills and Attributes

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology,



or a related field.
- Approximately 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central.
- Experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS), Production Support, or HRIS support environments.
- Hands‑on experience with configuration (business rules, workflows, role‑based permissions).

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Experience with additional modules such as Time Off, Recruiting, or Performance & Goals.

Salary Ranges

- Dieppe: $72,000 to $108,000
- Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria: $72,000 to $108,000
