As a key member of the MT Qualified Journey Office, you will manage the design and delivery of national lawyer education programs. With at least 5 years of experience, you’ll collaborate with firm leaders to enhance curriculum effectiveness and enrich professional development for lawyers at all stages. Continuous improvement will be central to your focus, ensuring that all educational offerings align with the firm's core values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement national Leadership and Business Development programs




• Oversee effective delivery of associate retreats
• Ensure curriculum meets best practices in adult learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders on program design
• Evaluate programs to enhance effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in education program design
• Experience in legal or professional services
• Strong skills in instructional design technologies
