THE ROLE
STRIVE is currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a growing warehouse team in Brantford. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent routine, working independently, and taking pride in accuracy.
The candidate will be responsible for manually picking customer orders using a scanner, walking throughout the warehouse with a cart, and ensuring products are accurately selected, counted, and prepared for shipment.
This is a repetitive, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused throughout the shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manually pick customer orders throughout the warehouse
Use RF scanners to accurately locate and pick products
Walk throughout the warehouse using a picking cart
Verify product quantities, part numbers, and SKUs
Count items carefully to ensure order accuracy
Organize and prepare picked orders for the next stage of processing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards
Perform repetitive picking tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to read and verify product labels, SKUs, and order information
Experience using scanners or warehouse technology is an asset
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
