Hybrid 1 day per week in office in Toronto, Canada / Cleveland, OH The Role As our Contingent Workforce capability continues to grow globally, we’re looking for an experienced and influential Senior Manager to help shape, enhance and operationalize innovative Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) across AMS. If you’re passionate about driving efficiencies, enabling transformation and elevating the client and candidate experience, this is an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact across our global footprint. In this senior position, you’ll work in partnership with leaders and stakeholders across AMS to advance our Contingent Workforce strategy. You will bring subject‑matter expertise, operational insight and programme leadership—supporting the creation, delivery and continuous improvement of CWS solutions and services that are compliant, scalable and aligned to our global vision. You will play a central role in driving efficiency, reducing risk, improving experience and promoting sustainable growth across our extended workforce ecosystem. Key Accountabilities Provide deep subject matter expertise across CWS, offering guidance and best‑practice insights to account teams, operational SMEs and senior stakeholders.
Partner with senior leadership to solution architect compliant, cutting-edge CWS services and solutions aligned with client needs, local legislation and AMS strategy. Lead programs and projects that deliver measurable efficiency gains, improved client and candidate experience, risk reduction and sustainable growth. Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance, evolve existing solutions and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful implementation and operationalization of new solutions, projects and account transformations, meeting AMS, legislative and client requirements. Manage day‑to‑day relationships and performance of EoR/AoR providers, ensuring service quality, compliance and effective issue resolution. Lead the creation, delivery and rollout of CWS training and upskilling initiatives across operational and client‑facing teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business, client and third‑party stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration and programs success. Skills & Experience Significant experience in CWS, demonstrating a deep understanding of the contingent talent landscape. Strong programme and project management capability. The ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders globally. A continuous improvement mindset with proven ability to drive operational efficiencies. A collaborative approach and confidence working across complex,

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is for Canada $121k to $160k CAD and for US $134k to $175k plus applicable benefits.
