Your Responsibilities

You’ll partner with finance and operations leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and long-term business plans.





You’ll analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide executive-ready reporting and recommendations.

You’ll oversee month-end reporting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for an assigned portfolio.

You’ll strengthen financial controls, support compliance with US GAAP, and help standardize reporting processes across the business.

You’ll collaborate with Shared Service Centres and operational teams to improve reporting, optimize processes, and support informed business decisions.

You’ll contribute to a strong culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of finance or accounting experience in manufacturing or a related industry

CPA designation is required

Strong financial planning and analysis experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and executive reporting

Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, P&L; forecasting, and business partnering

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets, along with experience using SAP and Google Workspace

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with IFRS experience considered an asset

Resourceful, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable influencing stakeholders across the business
