Business Development Representative to drive growth across one of the most active oil & gas production regions in North America. Our client is an engineering and manufacturing company that designs innovative production optimization technologies for the upstream oil & gas industry. Their solutions help producers improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, increase equipment reliability, and optimize field operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a true hunter who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing market share within a well-established territory.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Canadian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new business with upstream oil & gas producers throughout Northwest Alberta and Northeast British Columbia. Supported by an experienced team of engineers, technologists, and technical specialists, you'll act as a trusted advisor to operations teams, production personnel, engineers, and corporate decision-makers. This is primarily a sales and business development role—not a field service position.

The territory includes:

Grande Prairie

Fort St. John

Dawson Creek

Grand Cache

Rainbow Lake

Surrounding production areas

This is a home office-based position with approximately 75% travel throughout the territory. Candidates based in Fort St. John are typically home every evening,
