The City of Hamilton is seeking a Vehicle Service Coordinator to manage fleet maintenance schedules, coordinate with technicians and external vendors, and process repairs and invoices. You will ensure accurate records in the asset management system and act as the primary contact for fleet clients.
You will liaise with internal staff, arrange service transport, and monitor vendor performance while supporting continuous improvement in maintenance workflows and reporting.
