The Finance Manager is a key component to the success of our Sales Department securing each sale and maintaining a high quality of customer service experience. Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties available. Asa team player the F&I; Manager strives to develop collaborativerelationships throughout the dealership.

Job Duties:
Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their automotive purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability

Fully proficient with title laws and registration process





Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.

Accurately deals and submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.

Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial and federal guidelines.

Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.

Accurately audits team deals post-sale.

Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Must comply to all company safety policies and procedures.

Other duties as required by management.

Successful Candidates Possess:

2 years of dealership finance and insurance experience

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

Vehicle sales experience required

Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

AMVIC license required
