Durham Community Health Centre in Ontario seeks a Manager, Youth Wellness Hub (Leave of absence coverage) to lead the day-to-day operations and deliver an integrated, youth-centred model of care across Oshawa, Pickering, Ajax and other sites.
You will supervise an interprofessional team, foster equity and trauma-informed practice, collaborate with youth and partners, and drive program planning, data reporting, and quality improvement to meet funder requirements.
