We’re proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work for seven consecutive years, reflecting our commitment to a culture where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.

Giving back is part of who we are. Since 1969, our long-standing partnership with United Way has supported meaningful volunteerism, fundraising, and community initiatives that make a lasting difference.

The Opportunity

As the Bank continues its strong growth trajectory, this role offers an exciting prospect to help shape the future of our organization while contributing to strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, with significant potential for professional development, learning, and career growth.

The HR Strategic Advisor is a trusted partner to leaders and employees, helping to shape an exceptional employee and candidate experience while supporting the Bank's strategic objectives. We believe the most effective people solutions come from strong relationships, thoughtful judgment, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of our teams.

As a strategic advisor, you'll work closely with leaders to provide practical,

tailored guidance that balances business needs with people-focused solutions. You'll be someone who is naturally curious, approachable, and able to build credibility through genuine relationships. Partnering closely with the HR team, you will support the design, enhancement and delivery of people-related programs that are modern, impactful, and aligned with the Bank's goals.
